About the project

We are developing a new type of product in the Fintech area, Ocean Credit and Volt, on concepts fully developed in Moldova and Romania, by a company with a good business history that chose to invest profits in further development.

It starts from scratch. The team decides the design and functionality, how the components interact, how the code will be written, the data format and the processing flow. There are no restrictions on legacy code, previous architectures, outdated formats. Everything is new, modern, oriented to the future.

What you’ll do

Take part in the architectural design and implementation of several high availability, scalable and performance driven services, with security in mind;
Continuously improve your knowledge and the services handled by the team as a result;
Review code and provide constructive feedback, write tests and collaborate with team members to ensure high quality products;
Understand and support business and UX requirements;
Have a proactive attitude in spikes, proofs of concept and researching emerging technologies;
Ensure traceability and accountability of the development process, by commitment to procedures and involvement in upgrading them.

Who you are

You're not just a FullStack developer – you’re a game-changer who can develop solutions for business. In this role, you will be challenged to design, write, and maintain coding for our future and ongoing big projects. You will also be required to contribute to design and planning sessions as well as formulate approaches for current coding tasks.

To ensure success as a Full-Stack developer you must have previous experience in React Native and .NET framework, outstanding coding abilities, and be able to problem-solve on a daily basis.

What you’ll need

Fluency with .Net and React Native;
3+ years of experience in full stack development;
Solid understanding and experience with N-layer architecture patterns and CQRS.
To be a quick learner with an ambitious attitude and results-driven personality;
The ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;
Proven experience working within an Agile environment;
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Interest in fintech technology!
Experience with Figma
Experience with GUI components libraries.
Creative visual design skills, artistic predilection.
Advanced UX concepts understanding, personal aspiration for optimal ergonomy.
